High Mountain Help-U-Build offers Consulting/Construction Management with each contract written to the specific needs of the client. We understand that you are looking forward to the exciting challenge of being your own general contractor, but we also understand the pitfalls and obstacles you may meet during this challenge, and we will have the solutions to keeping your moving ahead in your project with enthusiasm and confidence. Here are the areas where we can help you to keep your project on a successful track to completion.
Help secure financing and appropriate insurance.
Evaluate and advise in your land purchase.
Discuss site prep addressing potential issues and site development costs.
Assist with plan designs, helping you secure a designer/architect if you need one.
Prepare an estimate based on your budget, advise as to how to keep to that budget.
Refer you to the best subcontractors.
Advise you about available materials/supplies, shopping with you as needed.
Additionally, we are Green Building experts, so if your plans include green features,
we will guide you through all of your best options including solar power/hot water, water harvesting, green building materials,
and many more green possibilities.
